After you confirm your request, we email your name, email, company and brief to each engineer you selected and email their contact details to you.

If you are an engineer with a marketplace profile, the profile you choose to publish (name, headline, city, prices, past work, tags, and photo) is public, as are reviews left by clients and existing replies. Your contact email, phone, LinkedIn, and calendar link are private and are shared in email introductions when a client confirms a request to connect with you. Publishing requires your consent to these introductions. To verify your credential we fetch the public badge page at the Credly link you provide and store the badge title and the recipient name shown there.

Reviews are tied to a completed introduction and are published under the name and company the reviewer chooses. Response statistics shown on a profile are computed from marketplace activity. You can close a client account by emailing contact@youraidept.com. Engineers can unpublish at any time in their profile listing settings.
